The Anchor tool allows you to isolate and keep still parts of your image.
Click Anchor on the top menu
Single Anchor
Select Single Anchor when you want to pin specific areas of your image.
Click to place individual anchor points.
Each anchor point will keep that part of the image still, allowing for precise customization
Path Anchor
Select Path Anchor when you want to isolate a closed area.
Click along the edges of the shape. A continuous row of dots will follow the path you specify.
Continue placing dots until you're back at your starting point.
Press Enter to complete and close the path.
